Venice

City of Bridges, City of Light, City of Water, Serenissima... Many epithets Venice has. And each one of them describes it perfectly. In the past, Venice was the center of the centuries-old Venetian Republic. Today it is one of the central tourist destinations on the Adriatic. Built on 118 islands, connected with more than 350 bridges, beneath which run more than 170 channels, the same as it was in Middle Ages. Stroll around St. Mark Square, the city's main square, turn around and you will see some of the most important sights of Venice: St. Mark's Basilica, the old city hall with the tower of St. Mark's with the clock, which was one of the first astronomical clocks raised in Europe. Doge's Palace, which is next to the Golden House of Venice, one of the most popular Venetian palaces. Visit many squares, libraries, galleries and museums, restaurants, shops... Visit the Bridge of Sighs, over which the prisoners crossed into the prison building. Cross many other bridges, either small or big, but equally fascinating. Try some of the famous Italian dishes and try their famous coffee. It's really a different feeling when tasting original products in the original environment.
